Directions:

At Junction 16 on the M5, take the A38 for 2.5 miles towards Thornbury.
Turn right at the traffic lights and take the B4059 (Church Road) for 1.5 miles towards Yate and Iron Acton.
Turn left at crossroads towards Tytherington and the entrance is 1/4 mile on the left

Bring warm clothes and an umbrella in case of inclement weather. There will be tea and coffee on arrival and food and refreshments after the service.

Graeme received wonderful treatment and care from the N.H.S. and Macmillan Specialist Nurses.

As an alternative to flowers, a small donation to 'Macmillan Cancer Support' would be appreciated if you wish to do so. There will be a basket in the reception area for this purpose.
